Quality Standarts
We provide comprehensive and advanced information regarding our courses and work placements both before and after the application process. Our website offers a detailed information pack that outlines the learning objectives, methodologies, program details, and practical arrangements for all participants. We maintain constant communication through email, sharing the information pack and informing participants about the necessary preparations, including official documentation and a list of required or recommended equipment. We are pleased to collaborate with sending institutions during the preparation phase, assisting the project coordinator and participants.
Our process is straightforward, accessible, and transparent. Schools awaiting project approval can pre-register and reserve a place, with the option to cancel without any cost if the project is not approved. We ensure transparency by clearly explaining all fees and the services covered by these fees. Our services are designed to be fully funded by Erasmus+, and we offer various options to ensure the best comfort and quality at a price that falls within the Erasmus+ grant.
The agreement signed during the registration phase includes cancellation terms and conditions. We also provide the flexibility to reschedule courses without applying any cancellation fees.
Our focus is on utilizing effective, interactive, and up-to-date pedagogical approaches that are tailored to the participants’ learning needs and competency levels. We emphasize practical activities and real-life examples to enhance the learning experience.
