Course Overview
This course enables participants to create a collaborative classroom environment, emphasizing achievements through interdependence and cooperation rather than individual competition, thereby fostering a culture of collaboration in the learning setting.
Learning Outcomes
Through interactive and engaging activities participants will
- Acquire knowledge and tools related to teamwork, team management, and leadership
- Learn and practice reflective tools to establish appropriate norms of behavior and coordination in group work
- Master the use of questioning and coaching strategies to support teamwork
- Learn to facilitate student self-assessment and peer assessment in teamwork and apply formative assessment strategies
- Understand different strategies for scaffolding learning in groups and providing appropriate feedback
